Getting Started With NextDayAppointments.com
Once you have requested an account by filling out this form, NextDayAppointments.com will review your request and set you up with an account password. When you receive your account password, please follow the following instructions.
Please, follow the following steps in order to ensure that your practice's appointments get listed as soon and as accurately as possible.
1. Input (Update) Your Practice Information
Click on 'Update Practice Info' in the 'General Actions' category of the 'Provider Actions' menu, along the right-hand side of the page. You will be brought to a form which allows you to enter information about your practice (not about specific physicians). Fill out the form as completely as possible.
While you can edit this information at any future time, it is very important that you, upon logging into the site for the first time, fill in at least the Name, City, State, and Zip fields. The E-mail field should already be filled in for you.
IMPORTANT:
- Make sure that the City field is never left blank, and that you have spelled the city correctly. If you do not fill in your city correctly, your practice's appointments will not be displayed in search results for your city.
- Make sure that the State field is never left blank, and that it is the correct two-letter abbreviation for the state in which your practice is located.
- Be careful when changing your e-mail address via this form. When you do change it, you must remember that the new e-mail address must be used for logging into the system in the future. Also, all patient requests and NextDayAppointments communications will be sent to this new e-mail address.
2. Add Practitioners to Your Practice
Click on 'Add Practitioner' in the 'Manage Practitioners' category of the 'Provider Actions' menu along the right-hand side of the page. You will be brought to a form which allows you to enter information about a physician (or other healthcare provider) within your practice. Fill out this form as completely as possible.
Complete this step for all of the physicians (or other healthcare providers) within your practice.
IMPORTANT:
- Make sure to choose an appropriate specialty for this practitioner, as this is a basic search criterion for potential patients.
- Suffix should include (not necessarily be entirely comprised of) degrees (e.g., M.D., D.O., D.D.S.).
3. Add Appointments for Your Physicians
Click on 'Add Appointment' in the 'Manage Appointments' category of the 'Provider Actions' menu along the right-hand side of the page. You will be brought to a form which allows you to enter information about your upcoming appointments. Be sure to input valid dates and times.
